Worship is our highest priority. When we participate in musical worship as a church, we join with God’s people throughout history and across the world, in declaring what is true about who God is.
We set aside time in our gatherings to hear the Word of God taught. As we open the Scriptures, we’re invited to reimagine our lives in light of God’s story and the way of Jesus.
Communion is a symbolic act of eating and drinking in remembrance of Jesus’ sacrifice. It invites us to remember the love of God revealed in Jesus, who lived without sin, died for our sins on the cross, and rose again in victory over death.
ach week, we make space to respond to what God is doing through a time of prayer ministry. Trusted members of our team are available to pray with you during the service, and there’s room to respond in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
For the first 350 years of Christianity, there were no church buildings. Early followers of Jesus primarily gathered in homes and the focal point wasn’t a stage or a pulpit, but a table.
Gathering around the table was a sacred moment for the early Church. It reminded them of their relationship with God as they received the bread and wine. It was where they experienced true community with one another, and where they extended hospitality to the least, the last, and the lost.
We want the same to be true for us. So, on the last Sunday of each month, we set aside our usual gathering format and instead come together around the table to share a meal.
Garden City Kids is designed to help our children connect with Jesus, in a fun, relevant, and action-packed way.
Garden City Youth have a variety of opportunities, some weeks they take part in age-specific activities, while other weeks they remain in the main service with the adults.
